FULL DAY CORPORATE SAILING
Being part of a sailing crew instills a feeling of team effort and helps build a strong, competitive and winning spirit! A Team Building adventure creates the perfect atmosphere where sun and sea stimulate the senses. The full day is custom planned to your requirements and includes exercises, which powerfully demonstrate the importance of teamwork, co-operation, leadership and communication in a healthy and enjoyable environment.
The day begins at the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia with an informal breakfast followed by an optional team-building workshop. From there your group is split into teams and, after an introduction to the safety aspects of the yacht, your skipper will allocate the team’s first task. Our skipper onboard your yacht will initiate informal discussions on issues that arise from these exercises, such as problem solving and handling change. At lunchtime your team will row ashore in small groups to enjoy some lunch boxes at a beautiful harbour location. Each crew will be given practical tasks to complete and at the end of the day, your team will get together for an overall debrief and waterside presentation.
